Cigarettes Are Eating You Alive Campaign
Campaign Material Copyright notice.
Cigarettes Are Eating You Alive Campaign was a campaign originally developed by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. It has been adapted by the Cancer Institute NSW for use in Australia.
Graphic images are used to highlight the real health consequences caused by smoking. Tobacco affects almost every organ in the body but quitting smoking at any time results in substantial health gains.

In the Kids version, Cigarettes are eating you and your kids alive, graphic images are again used to highlight the health consequences of environmental tobacco smoke (also known as secondhand smoke) on children.
Smokers are encouraged to quit smoking today. Professional help is available by talking to your GP, pharmacist or Quitline 13 78 48.
