Staffing and Organisational Structure

The Cancer Institute NSW is led by the Acting Chief Cancer Officer, Professor Rob Sanson-Fisher AO, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Cancer Institute NSW. The Chief Operating Officer, Ms Beth Macauley and division heads supports the Chief Cancer Officer in achieving the objectives.

The Cancer Institute NSW comprises five Divisions:

Part 1 of Chapter 9 of the Health Services Act 1997 applies to and in respect of staff of the Cancer Institute NSW, as if those persons were employees of the NSW Health Service.
